stop motion/ experimental sequence of narrative
Stop motion is an animation technique that physically manipulates an object so that it appears to move on its own. The object is moved in small increments between individually photographed frames, creating the illusion of movement when the series of frames is played as a fast sequence.
Stop motion is often confused with the time lapse technique, where still photographs of alive surrounding are taken at regular intervals and combined into a continuous film; but also be considered the same in some faction.
For my experimental attempt at a sequence of narrative stop motion, i am attempting to recreate/create a skateboarding stop motion in which i found as i was researching the topic of stop motion/narrative sequences, in which i will post the link to below:

I have chosen to recreate/create this animation/sequence because i like the style of stop motion, i think that it is very well made, and very entertaining.
Before i started the process of making my narrative sequence, i set my settings of my camera to RAW file, i also collected silhouettes of what i am capturing, i did this in saving time me trying to draw them all out, then printed them & cut them all out.
For planing wise, albeit i created my own little storyboards for me to follow when making my experimental narrative sequence, even though i know i can created things off the fly if i need to.

planning is important if you're doing a story, you must have a plan because you've thought about silhouettes etc. Perhaps do a short storyboard so you have ideas fixed in your head before you start to shoot
